We have successfully undertaken a variety of projects around the world since the launch of Zazz Projects and have gained vast knowledge of working in multicultural environments, listed below are some of our projects.

International Brand Family Events

(Various locations UK) 2010 is the third year we have been awarded the contract for the complete management and control of the Day Out With Thomas program across the whole of the UK operating from 30 various heritage and rail based visitor attractions. A highly detailed documentation and administrative program supported with in depth knowledge of the brand and venues and followed up with site visits to ensure operational detail and standards are maintained. Thorough systems, procedures and processes are designed and developed with emphasis on attention to detail then implemented to ensure that HIT Entertainment the brand owner’s highest standards are met.

Observation Wheels UK and Global

(Brisbane Australia, Paris & UK) Complete set up of the wheels operational systems, sourcing for all areas including uniforms, signage, complete office furnishings, office safe, rubbish bins, IT equipment and stationary), staff recruitment, staff training, back of house organisation, opening party with VIP’s & fireworks and management of three observations wheels in three separate countries up to handover.

Event and Project Management

(Brooklands Museum, Surrey, UK) – The Brooklands Centenary Festival an extremely significant celebration in the world of motor racing. Our clients Mercedes-Benz World UK commissioned Zazz Projects to work with Mercedes-Benz World and Brooklands Musuem in order to pull together this historical two day festival. An extremely unique and challenging project bringing together the operating practices of two separate businesses in order to achieve a successful and well run festival.

(Hong Kong) - Project Management, tender analysis and procurement for new build catering operations.

Site Sourcing

(Dubai, United Arab Emirates) - a last minute project to find a suitable site within an agreed budget for a big top based show.
